One of the ways the Winning Scotland Foundation works toward achieving its vision of Scottish success through sustained effort is via its range of programmes.

PCS challenges the win at all costs mentality and focuses instead on effort, learning, psychological development, building confidence and developing responsible citizens.
Champions in Schools places some of Scotland’s sporting heroes in the classroom to deliver a series of inspirational workshops to school pupils.
Work Out For Sport is a programme that uses skilled volunteers from the business sector to benefit sport in Scotland.
Alongside our three key programmes, we’re delighted to be working on three additional projects in Scotland based in Edinburgh, North Glasgow and North Lanarkshire.
