Positive Coaching Scotland (PCS), a flagship programme of Winning Scotland Foundation, is now embedded in the youth and coaching structure of Scottish football. Through this innovative programme Scotland’s professional football players are now being encouraged to recognise their responsibility as role models for younger generations.

In partnership with the likes of the Scottish Football League, individual clubs and sportscotland, PCS aims to press home the values of Respect, Tolerance and Responsibility in the game as it pursues a longer term objective of achieving positive change in the culture of this nation.
