The Management Board

The creation of The Scottish Institute of Sport Foundation in 2006 (renamed Winning Scotland Foundation in 2008) was inspired by successful entrepreneur Sir Bill Gammell, Chairman of Cairn Energy PLC. A former Scottish rugby internationalist, Sir Bill has a lifelong interest in building winning teams and encouraging self-determination.
